How to order: Complete the form below. Designs are available on demand in the size and shirt color you select. For an existing design, enter its Graph / Inventory ID (example: M03-M or F06-M). Pricing is confirmed with your order.
1. Customer Information
Select Pre-Designed Shirts
Use the ID shown with the design you want.
1. Choose a Pre-Designed Shirt

On Facebook, select the Photos tab, then choose Albums. Browse any of our Collections and select the shirt design you want.

📌 Important: Take note of the specific Design ID # located in the bottom-right corner of the design.

2. Build Your Own Shirt Using Our Graphics

On Facebook, select the Photos tab, then choose Albums.

Select the CCC Available Prints album/subtab and browse our available graphics.

Select & open the graphic(s) you desire and take note of the Graphic ID# located in the Comments section of each graphic design.

If you desire multiple graphics for the same shirt. Provide specific placement instructions for each graphic — Front Center, Back Center, L and/or Right Sleeve, Front Pocket, etc. under the Custom Printing section below.

3. Submit Your Own Design or Idea

Have your own artwork, logo, or idea?

Describe it, in detail, in the Describe your custom idea section below and Upload the desired placement of each Design accordingly.

Please provide as much detail as possible about how you want your design created and positioned.

3. Shirt & Pricing
Select a shirt category, color, and size to automatically display the unit price.
The shirt manufacturer/model and price are determined automatically from the selected shirt color and size.

Please note: Some sizes may not be available when placing this order. We will contact you if your selected size is unavailable and offer other options.
4. Custom Printing
If using our available designs, insert the Graphic ID# and desired placements here. Example; Front Pocket G06, Back Center G12, L Sleeve G25…
5. Order Fulfillment
Enter a shipping ZIP code and the state will be filled automatically when it can be determined.
